Job summary

Bupa Dental Blacktown is seeking a Front Office Coordinator to keep the front desk welcoming and operations running smoothly at Westpoint Shopping Centre, Blacktown. The role reports to the Practice Manager and involves supervising the reception team while delivering exceptional patient service.

You should have three or more years in front office coordination, preferably in a dental setting, with strong customer service and organisational skills.

• Proven ability to lead and coordinate daily front office operations, ensuring smooth workflows and adherence to best practice standards.
