Job summary

Proud Smile Pacific Fair is seeking an extraordinary receptionist with excellent communication skills to join our friendly team. This casual role offers approximately three days per week, with future Saturdays after training.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in the dental industry is preferred.

• Highly organised, reliable, punctual with strong multitasking and time-management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome patients in a warm, friendly, professional manner.
• Manage appointment scheduling, check-ins and check-outs accurately.
• Respond to phone calls and online enquiries with confidence and courtesy.
• Maintain patient records and support day-to-day operations of the practice.
• Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure a seamless patient experience.
