1300SMILES Dentists is seeking a friendly front desk receptionist to be the first point of contact for patients by phone, online and in person. You will help keep the appointment book running smoothly and ensure every patient feels looked after.

In a busy shopping-centre practice, you will work with the dentists, Practice Manager and front office team to deliver a seamless patient journey, handle payments and claims, and support everyday reception duties.

Qualifications

• Experience as a dental receptionist or front desk in a busy clinic.
• Proficient in handling phone calls, emails and patient enquiries.
• Comfort with payments, health fund claims and record-keeping.
