Happy Teeth Springwood is seeking a Dental Assistant / Reception All-Rounder to join a friendly, patient-focused team. You will alternate between chairside dentistry and reception duties, delivering high-quality care and a welcoming experience for every patient.
The role involves assisting clinicians, managing calls, coordinating appointments and supporting the team to keep daily operations running smoothly.
At Happy Teeth Springwood, we believe great patient care comes from a team that genuinely cares about the experience we create — from the moment a patient walks through the door to the moment they leave.
We’re looking for an experienced Dental Assistant / Reception All-Rounder who enjoys variety, is confident working both chairside and at reception, and takes pride in making a positive impact on our patients, team and practice.
This is a hands‑on role where you’ll work closely with our clinicians and patients across all areas of the practice.
Your days will be varied, moving between clinical assisting and reception throughout the day.
You’ll be involved in:
You’re someone who genuinely enjoys working in dentistry and likes the variety that comes with being an all‑rounder.
You’re friendly, approachable and reliable, with a genuine interest in connecting with patients and being part of a supportive team. You take pride in making people feel welcome and contributing positively to the team around you.
You understand that excellent patient care isn't just about what happens in the dental chair. It’s also about the greeting at reception, the way the phone is answered, keeping the surgery prepared and noticing the little things that help patients feel comfortable and cared for.
We’re a close-knit team and everyone pitches in. We’re looking for someone with a genuine can-do attitude — someone who notices what needs to be done and gets involved rather than waiting to be asked.
We take pride in creating a practice that feels calm, organised and welcoming for both our patients and our team.
Dental experience is essential.
We’re particularly interested in someone who has experience as a dental all-rounder.
Experience with dental software, treatment coordination and high-level communication is highly regarded.
You’ll receive training in our practice systems, workflows and patient journey, with ongoing support as you settle into the role.
If you’re looking for a dental role with variety and you’d love to be part of a friendly, supportive team, we’d love to meet you.
