Job summary

Aesthetik Dental is seeking a Dental All-Rounder to support clinicians, welcome patients, coordinate appointments and treatment journeys, and help ensure clinics run smoothly and to the highest standard.

You will work across clinical and front-of-house areas, delivering exceptional patient care in a busy cosmetic and general practice environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in dental assisting, reception and/or treatment coordination.
• 1–2+ years in a dental practice preferred.
• Clear, professional communication and attention to detail.

• Assist clinicians during general and cosmetic dental procedures.
• Prepare treatment rooms and ensure instruments and equipment are ready.
• Maintain high standards of sterilisation and infection control.

As a Dental All-Rounder, you will play an integral role across both the clinical and front-of-house areas of our practice. No two days will be the same. About you

• Experienced in dental assisting, reception and/or treatment coordination ideally
• Ideally has 1–2+ years' experience within a dental practice
• Warm, polished and professional in their communication
• Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
• Confident speaking with patients and discussing treatment plans
• Comfortable working across both clinical and administrative environments
• Able to multitask and remain calm in a fast-paced setting
• A team player with a positive, proactive attitude
