Job summary
Voyages Tourism Australia at Ayers Rock Resort in Yulara, NT is looking for a Demi Chef Pastry to join the on-site pastry team. You will produce quality pastry and desserts to resort standards and contribute to menu development.
Applicants should hold a Certificate III in Patisserie with at least 2 years post-apprenticeship experience and be able to supervise junior pastry staff while maintaining HACCP and cost control.
