Job summary

Voyages Indigenous Tourism Australia is seeking a Demi Chef Pastry to join the onsite pastry team at Ayers Rock Resort in Yulara, NT. You will bring a Certificate III in Patisserie (or equivalent) and at least 2 years post-apprenticeship pastry experience to produce quality pastry items while maintaining guest satisfaction.

You will work with local ingredients, contribute to menu development, and enjoy incentives including relocation assistance up to $700, staff facilities, and resort discounts.

Qualifications

• Certificate III in Patisserie (or equivalent).
• Minimum 2 years post-apprenticeship pastry experience.
• Willing to live and work onsite at Ayers Rock Resort, Yulara, NT.

Responsibilities

• Assist in running kitchen sections during the absence of the Chef De Partie Pastry.
• Prepare daily mise en place for the Pastry Team.
• Perform basic food preparation and kitchen organization.
• Communicate effectively with kitchen staff during prep and service.
