Job summary

Ayers Rock Resort in Yulara, NT is seeking a Commis Chef to live and work on-site. We are looking for a passionate individual with a Certificate III in Commercial Cookery and at least 2 years post-apprenticeship experience in large kitchen teams.

You will have minimum 2 years post apprenticeship experience working in a kitchen team within large restaurants, events, hotels or resorts, to working with a group of like-minded legends. A la carte and buffet experience will be highly regarded, HACCP training is advantageous.
