Qualifications

• Certificate III in Commercial Cookery is essential.
• Experience in a commercial à la carte restaurant kitchen is required.
• Experience with Modern Australian or contemporary cuisine highly regarded.
• Experience preparing seafood, proteins and seasonal produce.
• Interest in premium and native Australian ingredients.
• Strong foundation in modern food preparation, cooking and plating techniques.
• Strong attention to detail and a genuine willingness to learn and develop.

Responsibilities

• Work hands-on across preparation and service, supporting your section and senior chefs to deliver Beach Club's contemporary Australian menu consistently to a high standard.
• Develop skills in modern cooking and plating techniques while handling premium seafood and proteins with seasonal produce.
