Job summary

Sanctuary Cove Golf and Country Club in Queensland invites a Demi Chef to join on a casual basis, assisting the kitchen team across outlets and events. You will help deliver high-quality dining experiences, preparing and presenting dishes as needed and working closely with the Head Chef and Sous Chefs.

Qualifications

• Experience in a club environment is essential.
• Strong focus on Member experience and service.
• Commitment to quality and consistent results.
• Compliant with OH&S, HACCP and safe food handling.
• Current Queensland driver’s licence is required.
• Positive, can-do attitude and great personality.

Responsibilities

• Assist head chefs in delivering high-quality dining across outlets and events.
• Prepare, cook and present food to daily needs, ensuring consistency.
• Work alongside the Head Chef and Sous Chefs in a fast-paced kitchen.
