Qualifications

• Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or equivalent experience.
• Experience as a Demi Chef in high-volume kitchens a plus.
• Strong leadership, communication, time-management and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Work within a team to deliver high-quality dishes across venues.
• Apply food safety procedures to all menu items.
• Report issues affecting kitchen operations to the Chef de Partie.
• Ensure portion control and maintain a clean, safe work area.
• Acknowledge guest dietary needs and special requests.
• Liaise with Events Manager when required and assist in mentoring staff.
