Opal HealthCare's Box Hill Views Care Community is seeking a Demi Chef to join our hospitality team. You will help prepare nutritious meals for residents, working closely with the Head Chef to deliver high-quality dining experiences.

We offer permanent full-time, part-time and casual opportunities with flexible shifts across a 7-day roster. Ideal candidates hold a relevant cookery certificate and Food Handling Certificate, with a passion for great food and resident wellbeing.

Qualifications

• Certificate III or IV in Commercial Cookery is required.
• Current Food Handling Certificate or Food Safety Supervisor Certificate required.
• Previous experience in a commercial kitchen is preferred.
• Ability to follow recipes and maintain quality standards.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
