McCormick Australia is seeking a Demand Planning & Customer Service Manager to lead our IBP-driven supply chain. You will drive accurate forecasts, balance service levels with inventory, and guide a high-performing team to deliver value for our customers.

Reporting to the Senior Manager Supply Chain, you’ll partner with Sales, Finance and Operations to optimise demand, mitigate risks and shape the future of supply chain performance across the organisation.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Demand Planning within FMCG or similar fast-moving environment.
• Strong leadership experience and ability to develop high-performing teams.
• Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven decision making.
• Experience with Integrated Business Planning (IBP) or S&OP frameworks.
• Strong systems capability, ideally SAP or equivalent planning platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Demand Planning team to develop and maintain a rolling 24-month forecast across customers and product categories.
• Drive forecast accuracy through data analytics, advanced modelling, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Coordinate the weekly Integrated Tactical Planning (ITP) to align demand, supply and priorities.
• Lead and develop the Customer Service team to deliver outstanding customer experience.
• Identify risks and opportunities within the supply chain and implement mitigation strategies.
• Own SLOB management and drive accountability and action plans across the business.
• Partner with Sales, Finance, Operations and Supply Planning to support informed decisions.
• Coach and develop team members to realize potential.
