Job summary

Back to Sleep in Melbourne is seeking a Delivery Coordinator to organise dispatch of our fleet and coordinate delivery runs across metropolitan Melbourne.

You will contact customers, manage run sheets, and liaise with internal teams to ensure on-time deliveries while delivering excellent customer service.

This role is Monday to Friday with no weekend work; requires Police Check, Australian working rights, and strong admin skills.

• Current Police Check (less than 2 years old) or willingness to obtain one prior to commencement.
• Full Australian working rights with no restrictions.
• Strong computer literacy and administrative skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, schedule and manage the daily dispatch of our fleet of delivery vehicles and delivery teams
• Plan and optimise delivery runs throughout metropolitan Melbourne using Google Maps
• Contact customers to arrange and confirm delivery bookings
• Manage daily run sheets and ensure delivery schedules are communicated effectively
• Respond to customer enquiries regarding deliveries
• Manage a shared voicemail inbox and ensure communications are actioned promptly
• Liaise with internal departments to ensure orders are delivered accurately and on time
• Provide general administration and operational support as required
