Job summary

Amazon UK Services Ltd. is seeking a Delivery Partner Manager to advise and operate with Delivery Service Partners across Australia. You will help kick start new DSPs and drive excellence in last mile delivery, working with OTR managers to transfer planning and DSP capability.

You will find and execute value opportunities, guide performance, and partner with internal teams to maintain safety, capacity, and compliance. Flexible travel to multiple DSP sites is required.

Qualifications

• Experience building strategic relationships and communicating across teams.
• Program management, logistics, operations, or supply chain experience.
• Experience working with third party vendors and managing contingent workforces.
• Experience in account management or managing customer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Delivery Service Partners to drive safety, compliance and performance.
• Guide DSP owners to scale operations and ramp for peak periods.
• Assist onboarding and launch of net new DSPs where applicable.
• Coach on using AMZL tools and KPI tracking for performance gains.
• Identify opportunities to improve DSP sentiment and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with internal teams (PAR, VAS, Legal, fleet, network) for support.
• Travel between sites weekly to engage with DSP owners and stakeholders.
