Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Shift Managers and direct reports.
• Proxy duties for the Site Lead and oversee daily operations.
• Review forecast and determine productivity requirements for the delivery station.
• Support safety programs to ensure a safe work environment for all associates and providers.
• Identify and lead process improvement initiatives using Lean tools.
