Amazon Inc. is seeking a Program Manager III in Sydney to shape next steps for our last-mile delivery network. You will manage third-party and eDSP carriers, drive geographic and service expansion, and own end-to-end carrier performance from speed and cost per package to capacity reliability.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of program or project management experience.
• Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
• Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end carrier performance across delivery speed, cost per package, and capacity reliability, using Excel and QuickSight dashboards to track metrics and spot improvement opportunities.
• Drive expansion of new nodes, postcodes, and service types by building the business case, managing launch execution, and coordinating with cross-functional partners.
• Lead capacity planning for high-volume events including peak, developing ramp-up plans and contingency measures to keep the network running smoothly.
• Conduct weekly and monthly performance reviews with carriers, performing root-cause analysis and driving corrective-action plans when targets are missed.
• Write data-led program documents (business reviews, PR/FAQs) independently and present recommendations to senior leaders across Planning, Finance, and Operations.
