Job summary

IT Alliance is seeking a Delivery Manager in Canberra to support a Federal Government client. The role focuses on guiding adoption of methods, tools, and standards, while aligning measurement methods and targets with organisational goals.

You will collaborate with managers and teams to resource projects and cultivate strong relationships with key management and internal clients, ensuring delivery teams meet objectives in a government context.

• Supports projects, functions or teams in the development of measurement methods.
• Sets the quality, performance and capability targets in line with organisational goals.
• Facilitates and supports the execution of resourcing activities in collaboration with managers and teams.
• Developing and maintaining strong effective working relationships with key management personnel and internal client base.
• Managing, facilitating and supporting project delivery teams and individuals to achieve organisational objectives.
