Job summary

IT Alliance Australia is seeking an Agile Scrum Master for a Federal Government project in Canberra. You will lead Agile delivery teams, coach squads, and ensure delivery of business outcomes by applying Scrum and Agile principles.

One of our Federal Government clients is looking for Agile Scrum Master in Canberra. We are looking for the following Skills/Experience:

• Demonstrated experience leading Agile delivery teams in complex environments, ensuring the successful delivery of business outcomes whilst applying Scrum and Agile principles.
• Demonstrated ability to build productive relationships and influence stakeholders at all organisational levels to support Agile delivery outcomes.
• Demonstrated experience coaching individuals and teams in Agile principles, fostering high-performing, self-managing teams.
• Demonstrated ability to identify, assess and manage risks, dependencies and impediments that impact delivery outcomes.
• Demonstrated knowledge and practical application of Agile frameworks, methodologies and tools in a complex ICT environment.
