Job summary

IT Alliance Australia is seeking Delivery Managers for a Federal Government project based in Canberra. The role focuses on delivering ICT programs within a government environment and coordinating cross-functional delivery teams.

The successful candidate will apply hybrid delivery approaches (waterfall and agile) to ensure on-time, on-budget outcomes while leading and mentoring technical and non-technical teams in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years' experience delivering and managing ICT functions and programs within government and/or large enterprise environments.
• Experience leading/coordinating multidisciplinary delivery teams using waterfall and agile methodologies and hybrid delivery approaches.
• Proven ability to manage project scope, schedule, budget, risks, issues and dependencies to achieve successful delivery outcomes.
• Leadership capability including mentoring, coaching and motivating technical and non-technical teams.
