Job summary

Bupa Brisbane is hiring Delivery Lead Knowledge & Capability to translate strategy into action for learning and knowledge initiatives. You will act as a scrum master, enable agile ways of working and remove blockers to ensure high-quality outcomes.

You’ll track team performance, manage capacity with KCS leadership, and align workload with strategic priorities while reporting on progress and risks to the Head of KCS.

Qualifications

• Scrum Master experience delivering with teams of 8–12 in fast-paced settings.
• Strong project management skills with Azure DevOps for backlog mgmt & reporting.
• Proficient in agile project management methodologies and tools.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams, resolving conflicts & increasing transparency.
• Ability to manage conflicting needs of stakeholders.
• Excellent planning, organisation & prioritisation skills.
• Analytical mindset to interpret data and drive decisions.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills with a focus on continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Guide and coach teams on agile/scrum practices across KCS.
• Lead planning, stand-ups and retrospectives to drive continuous improvement.
• Maintain central backlog across learning and knowledge streams; align with business priorities.
• Allocate team members based on skills, capacity and development goals; resolve resourcing conflicts.
• Provide clear view of in-flight work, upcoming initiatives and capacity; maintain visibility tools.
• Identify and remove risks, blockers or dependencies impacting delivery.
• Review agile metrics and uplift ways of working to achieve high performing Scrum teams.
• Provide regular reporting to Head of KCS on delivery progress, risks, and capacity insights.
