Job summary
Peoplebank is seeking an experienced Iteration Manager / Agile Delivery Lead in Brisbane to drive cross-functional teams through ICT transformation initiatives. You will lead Agile ceremonies, refine backlogs with Product Owners, and ensure delivery aligned to program objectives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
You will guide teams in Scrum and Kanban, manage risks and dependencies, and champion continuous improvement while reporting on milestones to stakeholders at all levels.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience leading Agile delivery programs.
- Proven ability to drive ICT transformation initiatives.
- Strong knowledge of Scrum and Kanban.
- Experience guiding backlog refinement with Product Owners.
- Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder management.
Responsibilities
- Lead Agile ceremonies across one or more teams.
- Guide cross-functional teams in Agile principles and frameworks.
- Drive delivery outcomes aligned to project goals and milestones.
- Manage team capacity, staffing, and resources.
- Develop and maintain delivery plans and track milestones.
- Identify and resolve risks, issues, and impediments.
- Refine backlogs with Product Owners and define user stories.
- Build stakeholder relationships and communicate progress.
- Champion continuous improvement and Agile culture.
- Support governance with high-quality documentation and reporting.
