Job summary

Responsibilities

• Drive and maintain governance frameworks, standards and reporting.
• Establish governance forums and decision-making processes.
• Lead and develop the Service Delivery Support team.
• Oversee project governance, client reporting, timecard approvals and invoicing support.
• Drive continuous improvement to boost efficiency and stakeholder experience.
• Provide oversight of workforce capacity, capability planning and hub operations.
• Govern onboarding, certification and capability development.
• Collaborate with General Managers, Practice Leaders, Finance and People & Culture teams.
• Support organisational change initiatives and operational transformation.
