Job summary

Australian Securities Exchange in Sydney is seeking a Delivery Lead to oversee the governance workstream within the Accelerate Program. You will manage high-level planning, execution, and progress tracking, coordinating with Stream Leadership and Central Enablement to handle delivery, dependencies, risks, and team alignment.

You will drive cross-team alignment to hit timelines and quality standards, and develop reporting materials for senior governance forums.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in managing large or complex programs across multiple delivery streams.
• Exposure to Corporate Governance at board and management level with reporting.
• Strong background in hybrid delivery environments (Agile/Waterfall) focused on governance and reporting.
• Excellent interpersonal, influencing, and facilitation skills across all levels.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the Governance workstream of the Accelerate Program, ensuring coordination and outcome realisation.
• Own high-level planning, execution, and progress tracking for the workstream.
• Work with Stream Leadership and Central Enablement to oversee delivery, dependencies, risks, sequencing, and team alignment.
• Drive alignment across teams to meet timelines, quality standards, and business outcomes.
• Define and implement workstream delivery packages and align with program sequencing and integration.
• Lead development of reporting material and assess statuses in line with delivery experience.
• Deliver accurate reporting of project status, risks, and KPIs to senior stakeholders and governance forums.
• Oversee change control and scope governance for the workstream.
• Ensure delivery artefacts meet program quality standards and are evidenced.
• Champion delivery best practices and continuous improvement through team structures and knowledge sharing.
• Foster a high-performance culture through leadership and collaboration.
