• Extensive leadership experience in senior engineering and technology roles.
• Experience delivering enterprise technology and platform strategies.
• Deep expertise across cloud, infrastructure, networking, platform engineering, DevSecOps, CI/CD and automation.
• Strong commercial acumen and stakeholder leadership.
• Passion for developing people and building inclusive cultures.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute Ampol's platform and engineering strategy aligned to business goals.
• Establish and lead a newly formed engineering capability with a high-performance culture.
• Lead Infrastructure, Platform Engineering, DevOps, Networking, Cloud and related capabilities.
• Drive engineering excellence, automation, DevSecOps, and continuous delivery.
• Partner with Architecture, Cyber Security, Digital, Data and business leaders.
• Ensure platforms are highly available, secure, and fit for purpose.
