Job summary

Westpac in Sydney is seeking a Delivery Enablement Lead to drive integrated delivery planning across a key stream within the UNITE transformation program. The role emphasises prioritisation, sequencing and governance with quarterly planning rhythms and close collaboration with migration teams and senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in program or project management within large transformation programs (banking/financial services preferred).
• Strong planning capabilities: roadmaps, prioritisation, sequencing and multi-workstream coordination.
• Ability to align cross-functional teams to common delivery outcomes.
• Excellent stakeholder management, with senior leaders and delivery teams.
• Experience managing program risks, issues, dependencies and mitigations in complex environments.
• Proficiency with Jira and Confluence and other delivery tools.
• Strong executive communication and reporting skills, including governance updates.

Responsibilities

• Lead integrated delivery planning across a key UNITE stream and align priorities with program objectives.
• Orchestrate quarterly planning, establish planning rhythms and support prioritisation/sequencing.
• Manage dependencies, risks and escalation with migration teams and stakeholders.
• Embed consistent ways of working and tooling standards across Planview, Jira and Confluence.
• Coach teams to adopt an agile mindset and drive delivery maturity and reporting.
