Job summary

Reece Group in Willaston is seeking a Delivery Driver to join the Actrol Trade Counter team. You’ll deliver parts to customers, assist with stock, and help keep the branch running smoothly with a strong focus on customer service.

You’ll provide friendly product information in person and over the phone, learn new systems, and work varied shifts, including weekends, with opportunities to develop your career within the network.

Qualifications

• Has previous experience in retail sales or customer service and enjoys helping customers both in person and over the phone.
• Can pick orders, maintain shop floor displays and ensure information provided is accurate.
• Tech savvy and is happy to learn new systems.
• Has a clean valid driver’s licence and is open to working various shifts, including weekends.
• Wants to develop their career - either locally, within our network or head office

About the role

As part of the Trade Counter team in Willaston, you’ll help engineers, project managers and other tradespeople access the products they need to maintain essential services, as well as undertaking other tasks that keep customers happy and the branch running smoothly.

Your day-to-day

A typical day will involve:

• Delivering parts and products to customers using a company vehicle
• Providing customer service and information about products
• Providing quotes both in person and over the phone
• Undertaking pick packing and stock control activities
• Helping keep the branch tidy and safe
