Job summary

Actrol, part of the Reece group, is seeking a customer-focused team member for the Willaston Trade Counter. You will assist engineers, project managers and tradespeople, delivering parts and providing product information to ensure smooth branch operations.

The role involves stock control, quotes, and maintaining displays, with opportunities to develop your career across the network. Weekend shifts may be required; a valid driver’s license is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail sales or customer service.
• Able to pick orders, maintain shop displays and ensure information is accurate.
• Tech savvy and able to learn new systems.
• Has a clean valid driver’s license and is available for weekends.

About the role

As part of the Trade Counter team in Willaston, you’ll help engineers, project managers and other tradespeople access the products they need to maintain essential services, as well as undertaking other tasks that keep customers happy and the branch running smoothly.

Your day-to-day

• Delivering parts and products to customers using a company vehicle
• Providing customer service and information about products
• Providing quotes both in person and over the phone
• Undertaking pick packing and stock control activities
• Helping keep the branch tidy and safe

We’d love to hear from you if you’re someone who:

• Has previous experience in retail sales or customer service and enjoys helping customers both in person and over the phone
• Can pick orders, maintain shop floor displays and ensure information provided is accurate
• Tech savvy and is happy to learn new systems
• Has a clean valid driver’s licence and is open to working various shifts, including weekends
• Wants to develop their career - either locally, within our network or head office
