Job summary

Reece Group in Torquay is seeking a delivery-focused team member to support the Trade Counter and warehouse. You will deliver parts, assist customers, and help with stock control, safety, and store presentation.

The role requires a valid driver’s licence, flexibility for shifts including weekends, and experience in delivery or retail. MR and forklift licences are advantageous as you develop your career within our network.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s licence and be open to working various shifts, including weekends.
• MR licence preferred; forklift licence beneficial.
• Experience in delivery driving, retail or customer service is valued.
• Ability to pick orders and maintain shop floor displays; ensure accuracy.

About The Role

As part of the Trade Counter team in Torquay, you’ll divide your time between delivering products, providing customer service to plumbers and other tradespeople as well as undertaking other tasks that keep the warehouse and trade counter running smoothly.

Your day-to-day

A Typical Day Involves

• Delivering parts and products to customers using a company vehicle
• Undertaking pick packing and stock control activities
• Helping keep the branch and warehouse tidy and safe
• Providing customer service and information about products

We’d love to hear from you if you’re someone who:

• Has a valid driver’s licence and is open to working various shifts, including weekends
• Preferably holds a Medium Rigid (MR) licence, and/or a forklift licence
• Has previous experience in delivery driving, retail or customer service and enjoys helping customers both in person and over the phone
• Can pick orders, maintain shop floor displays and ensure information provided is accurate
• Is tech-savvy and adaptable to learning new systems
• Wants to develop their career - either locally, within our network or head office
