Based in Sydney, Adelaide, or Perth, you will lead opportunities from identification through to contracts, advocating best practices and compliance in a highly regulated sector.

• Proven track record in leading defence-focused business growth.
• Strong understanding of defence procurement processes and market dynamics.
• Excellent ability to influence senior stakeholders and secure long-term partnerships.

Responsabilités

• Identify and secure new opportunities within the Australian Defence sector.
• Build and maintain relationships with key defence stakeholders and suppliers.
• Provide strategic guidance on market engagement, compliance, and procurement pathways.
• Manage end-to-end business development lifecycle from opportunity to contract handover.
• Advise on defence clearance requirements and entry barriers for market access.
• Monitor market trends, programs, and competitor activity to shape strategy.
