KBR is seeking a highly capable Project Support Officer to join the LAND 4140 Battle Management System program in Australia. The role supports the BMS Integration PMO and Deputy PMO, offering exposure to governance, reporting, scheduling, and defence capability delivery.

Ideal candidates will have defence or government experience, strong communication, analytical skills, and a solid background in PMO practices including PMBoK/PRINCE2/Agile. An active NV1 clearance is required.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to prepare high-quality reports and briefing materials.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining quality outcomes.

• Experience supporting project delivery across schedule, cost, quality and risk, in Defence acquisition environments (CASG/NSSG/GWEO).

Responsabilidades

• Prepare presentations, reports, briefs, correspondence and executive submissions.
• Develop and maintain project schedules using MS Project.
• Support governance activities including board/committee reporting.
• Establish and maintain business processes for effective delivery and decision-making.
• Collaborate with Defence stakeholders, suppliers and system integrator for delivery outcomes.
• Monitor activities and assist with risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Conduct quality assurance and ensure compliance with project standards.
• Assist with planning and coordination across the integration workstream.
• Support delivery of work packages within budgets and timelines.
• Provide leadership and coordination across small multidisciplinary teams when required.
