Job summary

KBR Australia is seeking a Configuration Management Specialist to support the LAND 8116 program within the CSSPO, delivering CM services across platforms and assets. You will ensure configuration control, monitor changes, and align engineering processes with Defence standards.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in CM/Engineering data, strong Defence experience, and the ability to mentor teams while delivering precise technical reports and briefings.

Qualifications

Five+ years in Configuration/Technical Data Management or related discipline.
Experience in complex Defence or asset-intensive environments.
Strong understanding of asset lifecycle and change management processes.

Responsibilities

Lead and implement Configuration Management Plans.
Manage Engineering Change Proposals (ECPs) across platforms.
Maintain Defence configuration control within CMT-L, MILIS, DOORS and related tools.
Analyse engineering data to drive informed decisions.
Coordinate changes to product baselines and documentation.
Conduct physical and functional configuration audits.
Engage Defence stakeholders and provide CM guidance.
