Job summary

Showtime Consulting Pty Ltd in Canberra seeks an experienced ICT Change Manager (CHMG 3) to govern the change and release processes across Defence enterprise environments. This hands-on role ensures modifications are assessed, authorised, and implemented with minimal disruption to operations.

You will work with engineers, service managers and governance stakeholders to maintain ITIL-aligned change controls, manage RFCs, and coordinate DCAB meetings and change windows.

Qualifications

• Experience managing ICT Change and Release in complex enterprise environments.
• Coordinating CAB/DCAB governance activities.
• Knowledge of ITIL Change and Release Management practices.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate ICT Change Management across Defence environments.
• Review and manage RFCs, assessing risk and impact.
• Ensure changes are categorized, documented, and scheduled in ITSM tools.
• Plan and facilitate Defence CAB/DCAB meetings and governance materials.
• Coordinate release activities to minimise service impact.
• Monitor compliance with Defence ICT governance and escalate non-compliant changes.
• Collaborate with engineers, project teams, security teams, and stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities to improve change management maturity and efficiency.
