Job summary

Showtime Consulting Pty Ltd in Australia seeks an experienced ICT Change Manager (CHMG 3) to govern, coordinate, and implement ICT changes across Defence environments. The role focuses on technical infrastructure, applications and platforms, with minimal disruption to services.

You will work with technical teams, service managers, and governance stakeholders to ensure Defence change management compliance and effective service transition.

Qualifications

Demonstrated experience managing ICT Change and Release in complex environments.
Experience coordinating CAB/DCAB meetings and governance activities.
Strong understanding of ITIL Change and Release Management practices.
Experience assessing change risk, readiness, rollback planning, and impacts.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and administer ICT Change Management across Defence environments.
Review and manage RFCs, assess risk, business impact, readiness and approvals.
Ensure changes are documented, categorized, and scheduled in ITSM tools.
Plan DCAB meetings with agendas, risk assessments, and governance materials.
Coordinate releases across delivery teams to minimise service impact.
Monitor compliance with Defence governance and escalate high-risk changes.
Liaise with engineers, security teams, and stakeholders on communications.
