Job summary

Showtime Consulting is seeking an NV1-cleared ICT Change Manager to govern and coordinate technical change and release across Defence environments. This hands-on governance role ensures modifications are assessed, authorised, and implemented with minimal disruption.

You will work with technical teams, service managers, and governance stakeholders to uphold Defence change management frameworks and drive continuous improvement in change maturity.

Qualifications

Experience managing ICT Change and Release in complex enterprise environments.
Experience coordinating CAB/DCAB governance activities.
Strong understanding of ITIL Change and Release Management practices.
Experience assessing change risk, readiness, rollback planning, and operational impacts.

Responsibilities

Coordinate ICT Change Management processes across Defence environments.
Review RFCs, evaluate technical risk, readiness, rollback, and approvals.
Ensure changes are categorised, documented, and scheduled in ITSM tools.
Plan and facilitate Defence DCAB meetings with risk assessments and governance materials.
Coordinate release activities to minimise service impacts and align with change windows.
Monitor compliance with Defence governance and escalate high-risk or non-compliant changes.
