Job summary

Saab Australia Pty Ltd is seeking a Change Officer to support the Change Manager and stakeholders within the Combat System Delivery team. You will manage change through Change Boards, prepare agendas/minutes, and report on change impacts, aiming for a standardised change management framework across IM&T and other functions.

The role requires 2–5 years in project administration, knowledge of configuration control, and the ability to obtain NV1 Defence clearance.

Qualifications

2–5 years of administrative experience in a project environment (essential).
Awareness of Configuration control and/or Change Management.
Experience in major defence or construction projects.
Experience using PLM tools and other ERP tools.

Responsibilities

Support the Program Change Manager and stakeholders in managing program change.
Ensure that changes approved by Change Boards are planned, managed and processed efficiently.
Prepare and distribute agenda and minutes for Change Boards and manage actions.
Capture the impact of change through analysis and reporting.
Support a standardised Project Change Management Framework across stakeholders, including IM&T infrastructure.
Provide guidance on applying the Change Management Framework to ensure consistent processes.
Work with Engineering, Program Management, Finance and Operations to control change.
Consider flexible hybrid work arrangements including a 9-day fortnight.
