Job summary

Cleared Recruitment is seeking an ICT Project Manager to support a significant communications capability project within Defence. Location is Canberra with no remote work option and an ASAP start for an 11-month contract.

You will coordinate project activities, manage governance, security, and technical requirements, and engage with senior leadership, security stakeholders, and Defence personnel to drive delivery across the capability lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering ICT-enabled projects in Defence, Government, or National Security contexts.
• Knowledge of Defence ICT governance and system integration processes.
• Project management certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, CPPM, ITIL, or equivalent are highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage project activities to support capability delivery.
• Develop and maintain project documentation, plans, reports, and artefacts.
• Monitor schedules, milestones, dependencies, risks and issues; report on progress.
