Showtime Consulting is a leading provider of Shielded Cloud and Digital Solutions in Australia, delivering secure ICT services across cloud, data, software engineering, DevSecOps, and platform engineering.

The Role: We seek a Level 3 SME (ASUP 5 / TECH 5) to join a high-performing team supporting critical Defence applications in a Canberra-based secure government environment, focusing on reliability and continuous improvement of enterprise platforms.

Qualifications

Experience in application support and systems administration in enterprise or government environments.
Strong troubleshooting and analytic skills across complex ICT environments.
Experience with Windows Server, RHEL, SharePoint (On-Premises), Java, .NET/C#, SQL, Cassandra, IIS, Apache, Tomcat, Tableau.
Security clearance NV1 minimum; NV2 preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide Level 3 support across a portfolio of applications and platforms.
Perform systems administration, app support, troubleshooting, and operational support.
Investigate and resolve complex issues spanning apps, infrastructure, integrations, and services.
Support incident, problem, change, risk, and security management processes.
Engage with stakeholders to deliver reliable service outcomes.
Identify automation opportunities and drive operational efficiency.
Contribute to cloud optimisation and workload migration initiatives where appropriate.
