Job summary

ISS Facility Services Australia and New Zealand is seeking Line Chefs to support catering operations for Defence bases at RAAF Pearce and RAAF Edinburgh in Western Australia.

You will work under the Head Chef, delivering meals across breakfast, lunch and dinner in a fast-paced, safety-focused environment with casual weekday and weekend shifts.

Qualifications

• Current National Police Check (issued within the last 12 months).
• Ability to obtain a pre-employment medical clearance (including Drug & Alcohol testing).
• Relevant trade qualifications (where applicable).
• Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or above.
• Defence or military experience – highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality meals across Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner.
• Work closely with the Head Chef to maintain ISS’s standards of safety, quality and flavour.
