Ideal candidates have experience in superannuation or financial services, know death benefit regulations, and communicate clearly with stakeholders. RG146 or related qualifications are highly regarded.

Qualifications

• Experience in superannuation or financial services with claims assessment background.
• Knowledge of superannuation death benefit regulations and processes.
• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and assess death benefit claims in line with fund rules and legislation.
• Evaluate submissions from beneficiaries to ensure fair distribution of benefits.
• Provide high-quality, timely support to members and beneficiaries.
