Life Claims is seeking Senior Case Managers and Case Managers to join its growing claims team in a hybrid Sydney setting. The roles involve managing retail or group life claims with a focus on empathy and accurate payment approvals.

Multiple positions exist across corporate and industry funds, with onboarding support and a performance-driven environment. Salary ranges are competitive ($105K - $135K package) plus bonus, with 2–3 days from home.

Qualifications

• Experience in life insurance claims, or related fields such as WC or Rehab, is welcomed.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of retail or group claims.
• Senior Case Managers manage a smaller portfolio of more complex and detailed claims.
• Work with empathy and understanding with claimants.
• Conduct file reviews on assessed claims for payment approvals.
