AIA Australia is seeking Claims Assessors to join our team across Sydney, Melbourne or Brisbane. You will manage a portfolio of life, health and workers' compensation claims, and interact with customers to clearly explain decisions.

Qualifications

• Previous claims assessing experience in Life Insurance, Workers Compensation, Health Insurance or similar industries
• Allied Health and Superannuation Admin experience considered
• Maintaining quality stakeholder relationships
• Customer-first approach

Responsibilities

• Managing a portfolio of claims holistically to achieve sustainable, timely outcomes
• Investigating and resolving disputes
• Managing your priorities to achieve SLAs
• Preparing all customer communication, including complex information and adverse decision advice
