Job summary

Inchcape Australasia is seeking a Network Development Coordinator to support network development initiatives across our OEM brands. You’ll coordinate projects, maintain trackers, and assist with dealer onboarding and governance documentation, working with brand teams, regional managers, OEM partners and retailers.

You are an organised, detail‑oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, brings strong data reporting skills, and can manage multiple stakeholders while delivering

Qualifications

• Experience in coordination, administration, operations or commercial support.
• Strong organisational and project coordination skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Experience preparing reports and working with data.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
• Automotive industry or dealer network experience is valued.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate network development projects across multiple automotive brands.
• Maintain project trackers, documentation and activity schedules.
• Support dealer onboarding, relocations, refurbishments and ownership changes.
• Coordinate meetings, approvals and stakeholder communications.
• Prepare reports, dashboards and performance summaries.
• Analyse network and dealer performance data.
• Assist with market research, network planning and strategy projects.
• Maintain accurate records, templates and governance documentation.
• Collaborate with business partners, retailers and internal teams.
