Job summary

Inchcape is seeking a Network Development Coordinator in Norwest NSW for a full-time fixed-term contract until December 2027. The role supports network development initiatives across Inchcape's OEM portfolio, coordinating onboarding, relocations, and governance while delivering performance reporting and data insights.

You will work with brand teams, regional managers, OEM partners and retailers, managing schedules, stakeholder communications and project governance in a fast-paced automotive

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating projects or administration roles.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities.
• Experience with data reporting and governance documentation.

Responsibilities

• Maintain project trackers and schedules
• Support dealer onboarding, relocations, and ownership changes
• Coordinate meetings, approvals and stakeholder communications
• Prepare reports, dashboards and performance summaries
• Analyse network and dealer performance data
• Assist with market research, network planning and strategy projects
• Maintain records, templates and governance documents
• Collaborate with partners, retailers and internal teams
• Support delivery of key network development initiatives
