Inchcape is seeking a Dealer Technology Coordinator to join the Digital & CRM team in Australia. You will support dealer-facing platforms, coordinate updates, and ensure a smooth user experience across portals and websites.

Ideal candidates will have experience with digital platforms, CRM systems, and working with dealers and vendors. This role emphasizes problem-solving, stakeholder engagement and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Ability to learn and support new systems and technologies quickly.
• Exposure to CMS, CRM, dealer platforms or web technologies will be highly regarded.
• Automotive or dealer network experience will be advantageous.

About the role

We are looking for a Dealer Technology Coordinator to join our Digital & CRM team and support the ongoing delivery and improvement of dealer-facing technology platforms.

This role sits at the intersection of technology, digital operations and stakeholder support. You'll work closely with dealers, vendors and internal teams to support business-critical platforms, coordinate system improvements, manage content updates and help ensure our technology solutions continue to deliver a great user experience.
