Job summary

Geelong Local Gutter Cleaning is seeking a Customer Experience & Sales Coordinator to lead day-to-day operations in Geelong. You will be the first voice customers hear, convert inquiries into booked jobs, and keep technicians and schedules running smoothly.

Responsibilities include following up website leads, speaking with customers, managing bookings, coordinating with technicians, and handling post-job follow-up.

Qualifications

• Proven sales/lead handling experience.
• Office management, administration or customer service experience.
• Professional, mature phone manner and strong written communication skills.
• Excellent organization and the ability to manage multiple priorities calmly.
• Highly detail-oriented, with the ability to keep accurate records and manage tasks effectively.
• The judgment to work independently, and the collaboration skills to work well as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Follow up leads from our website and confidently convert them into booked jobs.
• Speak with customers by phone, email or through our lead management software, understand their needs, and recommend the right services.
• Manage bookings and job details in the scheduling system.
• Coordinate with technicians throughout the day to keep jobs on track.
• Follow up on completed jobs, including photos, notes and any outstanding items.
• Manage rescheduling around weather, keeping customers and technicians informed.
• Oversee the administrative side of the office so nothing falls through the cracks.
