Job summary

Geelong Local Gutter Cleaning is seeking a Customer Experience & Sales Coordinator to lead day-to-day operations in Geelong. You will be the first voice customers hear, convert inquiries into booked jobs, and keep technicians and schedules running smoothly.

Responsibilities include following up website leads, speaking with customers, managing bookings, coordinating with technicians, and handling post-job follow-up.

• Proven sales/lead handling experience.
• Office management, administration or customer service experience.
• Professional, mature phone manner and strong written communication skills.
• Excellent organization and the ability to manage multiple priorities calmly.
• Highly detail-oriented, with the ability to keep accurate records and manage tasks effectively.
• The judgment to work independently, and the collaboration skills to work well as part of a team.

Responsibilities

You are the first voice customers hear, the person converting inquiries into booked jobs, and the link that keeps technicians and schedule running smoothly.
