SASH - the Small Animal Specialist Hospital is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the next phase of its Dayforce transformation journey. You will own payroll and workforce management optimisation, drive recruitment and onboarding implementations, uplift the learning module and onboard new hospitals across Melbourne and the Sunshine Coast.

You will partner with executives and multi-disciplinary teams to standardise processes, manage scope, budget, timelines and risks, and ensure

Qualificações

Proven experience leading Dayforce transformation projects.
Strong governance, budgeting and stakeholder management capability.
Experience delivering projects across multiple sites or business units.
Excellent communication and influencing skills.
Track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
Experience with Dayforce highly regarded.

Responsabilidades

Lead optimisation of Payroll and Workforce Management within Dayforce.
Partner with Dayforce specialists to resolve issues and improve user experience.
Deliver recruitment and onboarding workflows and governance.
Oversee multi-site deployment, training and go-live activities.
