Bluefin Resources Pty is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a major data and transformation program in Brisbane, focusing on Snowflake implementation and data modernisation to improve reporting and decision making.

You will steer planning, governance, vendor engagement and delivery execution across business and technology teams, navigating complexity and driving tangible business outcomes.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering complex technology, data or transformation projects as Project Manager.
• Experience delivering end‑to‑end delivery in large, complex organisations.
• Strong governance, financial management, RAID and stakeholder engagement capability.

Responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end delivery of data, analytics and transformation projects from initiation to closure.
• Drive project planning, governance, scheduling and execution.
• Define requirements, scope and success measures with business and technology stakeholders.
• Manage budgets, forecasts, benefits tracking and financial reporting.
• Establish and maintain RAID processes.
• Coordinate dependencies, schedules and resource requirements.
• Oversee vendor, implementation partner and internal delivery teams.
• Support Snowflake implementation, migration and data modernisation activities.
• Drive change management, stakeholder engagement and user adoption.
• Deliver regular project reporting to senior stakeholders and governance bodies.
• Other duties as required.
