Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering complex technology, data or transformation projects as Project Manager.
• Experience delivering end‑to‑end delivery in large, complex organisations.
• Strong governance, financial management, RAID and stakeholder engagement capability.

Responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end delivery of data, analytics and transformation projects from initiation to closure.
• Drive project planning, governance, scheduling and execution.
• Define requirements, scope and success measures with business and technology stakeholders.
• Manage budgets, forecasts, benefits tracking and financial reporting.
• Establish and maintain RAID processes.
• Coordinate dependencies, schedules and resource requirements.
• Oversee vendor, implementation partner and internal delivery teams.
• Support Snowflake implementation, migration and data modernisation activities.
• Drive change management, stakeholder engagement and user adoption.
• Deliver regular project reporting to senior stakeholders and governance bodies.

Project Manager - Data & Transformation

This is an opportunity to lead a significant enterprise data transformation program within a complex organisation. We’re seeking an experienced Project Manager to deliver a strategic Snowflake implementation and broader data modernisation initiatives, helping enhance reporting, analytics, governance and business decision‑making capabilities.

Success in this role will come from your ability to create clarity in ambiguity, establish strong delivery practices and build momentum across diverse stakeholder groups while managing complex technology and business transformation outcomes.

About the Role

You will lead the delivery of enterprise data and transformation initiatives, with a particular focus on implementing a Snowflake‑based data platform and supporting modern data capabilities across the organisation.

Working across business and technology teams, you’ll drive planning, governance, vendor engagement and delivery execution, ensuring projects remain aligned to strategic objectives and deliver measurable business outcomes.

This environment requires a strong delivery‑focused Project Manager who can establish structure, manage complexity and successfully navigate stakeholder groups across both business and technology functions.

Role Responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end delivery of data, analytics and transformation projects from initiation through to closure.
• Drive project planning, governance, scheduling and execution activities.
• Work closely with business and technology stakeholders to define requirements, scope and success measures.
• Manage project budgets, forecasts, benefits tracking and financial reporting.
• Establish and maintain effective RAID processes.
• Manage project dependencies, schedules and resource requirements.
• Coordinate vendors, implementation partners and internal delivery teams.
• Support the delivery of Snowflake implementation, migration and data modernisation activities.
• Drive organisational change, stakeholder engagement and user adoption activities.
• Manage project risks, issues, scope changes and decision‑making processes.
• Deliver regular project reporting to senior stakeholders and governance bodies.
• Other duties as required.

Essential Experience

• Proven experience delivering complex technology, data or transformation projects in a Project Manager capacity.
• Demonstrated success managing end‑to‑end project delivery within large and complex organisations.
• Strong project governance, financial management, RAID management and stakeholder engagement capability.
• Experience managing vendors, implementation partners and cross‑functional delivery teams.
• Demonstrated experience delivering projects using Agile, Waterfall or hybrid delivery methodologies.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.

Highly Regarded

• Experience delivering Snowflake Data Cloud implementations, migrations or enterprise data platform modernisation programmes.
• Experience leading cloud data transformation initiatives involving Snowflake, Azure, AWS, Databricks, Synapse or similar technologies.
• Experience delivering enterprise reporting, business intelligence, analytics or data warehousing solutions.
• Experience managing data governance, data migration, master data management or data quality initiatives.
• Previous experience within insurance, government, financial services, utilities or other highly regulated environments.
